Year 4 tuition
Our year 4 foundation course is a 10-month course and provides the students with a solid foundation of the core subjects at key stage and prepares them for transition into year 5.
Classes run once a week for 2 hours and covers the following subjects:
- English
- Mathematics
- Verbal reasoning
- Non-verbal reasoning
Year 5 tuition
Our 11+ course follows on from the year 4 foundation course and aims to consolidate skills learnt on the foundation course and prepares the students for the rigorous 11+ entrance exams to grammar and independent schools.
The course once a week for three hours and consists of four sections:
- Verbal reasoning
- Non-verbal reasoning
- Mathematics and problem solving
- English: Comprehension, grammar, writing, spellings, inference skills, comparison of text and all styles of writing
